By using Our Cookbook (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Our Cookbook is a web-based family recipe management application. We provide a free tier and paid subscription plans. Features may change over time as we improve the product.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must not share your account or use the App for unlawful purposes.
You retain ownership of recipes, photos and content you upload. By using the App, you grant us a limited licence to store and display your content to you and your family members. Content shared to the Community section may be visible to other users.
Paid plans are processed via PayFast. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are handled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.
You may not: (a) use the App to distribute harmful or illegal content; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the App; (c) use automated tools to scrape or access the App beyond normal use.
The App is provided “as is”. We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or damages arising from use of the App, to the maximum extent permitted by South African law.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
